hmmm..I wouldnt mind someone coming in and pushing the price of my stock up 100+% and then offering me a cash offer. I would jump at it lol. When AGM got taken over I was happy after buying a packet of them at 60 cents. Easy money in the bank. Still..SXP loyal shareholders may be annoyed..but thats business. They can wait to see if a better offer comes through but management have already accepted the price/terms and they account for a large portion of the share holdings.
