Non exec directors do not receive securities as part of their remuneration at Centro.
As Aras said, he almost certainly wouldn't have been able to buy/sell in the last 6 months.
Healey walks away with about $610k in benefits after getting about $400k per year in fees. He's got other directorships which probably pay about the same.
At the peak, his holdings plus those of Joan Healey, in which he has an interest, would be worth $1.2m (CNP) and $280k (CER). Now they are worth about $28k (CNP) and $44k (CER).
As a goodwill gesture, I would call upon Mr Healey to return to the company half of his 2007/8 fee. This could then be put towards the consultants we had to employ to get us out of the mess he let the company get into.
.... wishful thinking of course.
