Minerals By Minmetals: Update
Further to its announcement of 16 February, OZ Minerals wishes to advise the market
that the Scheme Implementation Agreement Pre-Condition relating to completion of
confirmatory due diligence by 23 February has been satisfied.
The other Pre-Condition and the various Conditions Precedent to the Scheme, as
detailed in the 16 February announcement, remain to be satisfied, and both parties
are working towards their satisfaction.
