Was doing some snooping and noticed Chuck has started as a Senior Advisor at an investment bank called 'Outcome Capital' this month!



His position at PIQ is still listed as 'present' so at this stage don't want to start screaming that he jumped ship..
Perhaps his position at OC is a part-time position as most of these advisor roles usually are.

What I do find VERY positive though is the quality of the transactions Outcome Capital has facilitated.
They focus on the lifescience sector and have done some very very big deals..

Here's one with Medtronic, if you don't know Medtronic - they are the worlds largest Medical devices company, market cap +130B.
On a personal note, I work for a Fortune500 Medical devices company and we directly compete with Medtronic.

Lot's of historical transactions in the tens of millions managed by OC. Assuming Chuck now has a foot inside OC and is still part of PIQ - this could be very positive for us. However to look at both sides of the coin here, one could also read this as Chuck is moving on and thus could explain the delays in securing the US Partner.. Remember Chuck was named as the the lead manager to secure a US partner.
