Oz Brewing (ASX:OZB) is preparing to outline details of an acquisition, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.
In the March quarterly 2014 the company said it was in the process of finalising a mandate to raise up to $500,000 capital.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 31st July 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
