Is he mixing up the American break fee arrangement with the Australian break fee arrangement?

I find it ironic that a company that brags about its prowess with regard to m & a has to complain over the fees it would have to pay in such circumstances.

Then again you only have to look at Ozl's track record with regard to actually making strategic investments. The company only has ONE success e.g.SFR and that was only luck. Does Ozl actualky have an exit strategy for SFR or will it have to pay the consultants to fix that problem for them?
