    • COURT APPROVES OZ MINERALS SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT,OZL-BHP.AX
    • SCHEME IS EXPECTED TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON 2 MAY 2023
    • FEDERAL COURT MADE ORDERS APPROVING SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT FOR BHP LONSDALE INVESTMENTS TO ACQUIRE 100% OF SHARES IN OZL
    • OZL SHARES WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON ASX FROM CLOSE OF TRADING ON 18 APRIL
