Aug 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Monday:
** Siemens Energy ENR1n.DE confirmed a timeline for the planned 4.05 billion euro ($4.12 billion) purchase of the remaining third in wind turbine division Siemens Gamesa SGREN.MC , Chief Executive Christian Bruch said.
** United Parcel Service Inc UPS.N said it would buy Italy-based healthcare-logistics firm Bomi Group to bolster its presence in the temperature-critical medicine deliveries sector.
** French utility company Veolia VIE.PA confirmed it would sell Suez's UK waste business to Australia's Macquarie Group Ltd (MQG) for around 2.4 billion euros ($2.4 billion), in a deal aimed at resolving antitrust concerns.
** BHP Group (BHP) was rebuffed in its A$8.34 billion ($5.8 billion) takeover bid for OZ Minerals (OZL) , in a setback as it pushes to secure copper and nickel assets for a shift into clean energy and the electric vehicles (EVs) market.
** A consortium led by Keppel Infrastructure Trust KEPL.SI agreed to buy South Korea's Eco Management Korea Holdings Co Ltd for about S$666.1 million ($482.0 million) in cash, the Singaporean firm said.
** CVS Health Corp CVS.N is seeking to buy Signify Health Inc SGFY.N as it looks to expand in-home health services, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing sources.
** Tata Motors Ltd TAMO.NS signed an agreement on Sunday to buy Ford Motor's F.N manufacturing plant in the western state of Gujarat for 7.26 billion rupees ($91.5 million).
** Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Japan's MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings 8725.T , will spend about $400 million to buy U.S. reinsurance broker Transverse, the Nikkei business daily reported on Sunday.
