• Heads of agreement signed with Cassini Resources Ltd (OZL)
• OZ Minerals has signed a heads of agreement with Cassini Resources to earn up

  to 70 percent of the west musgrave project

• $3 million initial commitment to fund a detailed scoping study to optimise

  the project which already has lowest quartile c1 costs

• If co elects to proceed, it will commit $15 million towards study and $4

  million in further regional exploration to earn 51 percent of project

• Deal includes nebo-babel nickel and copper sulphide deposit, succoth copper

  deposit and other targets
