The Australian Financial Review has an article saying that Pacific Current is raising $12.5 m at $6.05 per share. I hope retail shareholders have the opportunity to buy at this price. It is puzzling on why they need cash. The company had cash of over $60 million at June and have done one deal in September. Looks like it did not have enough cash to fund the deal announced last week. Where did the cash go?
