News: Pacific American Coal looks to early revenues from U.S. coal projects

    Metals Finance will complete the acquisition of  the Texas and Oklahoma Coal Company.  The new entity will be restructured, re-named and relist on the ASX as Pacific American Coal Ltd by the 5th of December 2014. Immediate projected annualised free cash flow of $2 million can be generated from ongoing sale of steaming coal to a local Oklahoma power plant.
