Pacific Brands Ltd (ASX:PBG) has been hit with a $9 million unlawful dismissal law suit according to a Fairfax Media report.



Sally Berkeley, the former head of the Pacific Brands’ bra division alleges she was the victim of bullying and discrimination.



Ms Berkeley is being represented by the same law firm that represented Kirsty Fraser-Kirk in her $37 million sexual harassment claim against the former David Jones chief executive.

In the half year to December 2010, Pacific Brands generated a net loss of $166 million.
