Pop: 25,000,000 ------------------------------- Pop: 1,400,000,000 ( 56 times of Australia)

3 people per km2 ----------------------------- 425 people per km2

Rural population:
AUS 6,100,000 ----------------------------------- Ind 980,000,000 (The rural Indian lives in a thatched hut, has 1 or 2 light bulbs, No AC, No Fridge etc.
(Has a home, car, AC, Fridge etc) Has no car, maybe 1 in 50 have a motorcycle)


In a large country like AUS, where rural citizens on the whole have all modern facilities, to provide the roads infrastructure, hospitals, Fuel to transport necessities, housing essentials and everything else our Rural pop needs, is going to burn up fuel etc, and per capita is bound to be high.


To reduce our per ca pita emissions we would need to stop any infrastructure activities outside of our 5 main cities.
Move everyone into these cities, leave the rest of Australia untouched from then on.

Or ask them to live in huts and get rid of their cars and electrical devices.
