News: Pan Pacific Petroleum receives takeover offer from Zeta Energy

    Pan Pacific Petroleum (ASX:PPP) has received an on-market takeover from Zeta Resources (ASX:ZER)

    The offer is priced at $0.05 per share, and values Pan Pacific at A$29.4 million.

    Zeta already holds 16.8% of Pan Pacific.
