You"ll likely never get to realise 7.6 while the 5.0 offer is open.

To get the 7.6 you'll have to hold longer, and it risk the price falling back well under 5 after the offer closes. Of course our May never get the 7.6 as the assets may not realise those values and/or the cash may get wasted or otherwise not returned to shareholders.

I would however agree with you that on a risked basis I think the odds atm are probably to the upside. I will continue to hold my very small parcel. After reading the targets statement it looked to me like Zeta were looking for a gift at 5.
