    July 10 (Reuters) - Panoramic Resources Ltd (PAN) :

    • Gum creek gold initial public offering (PAN)
    • Mandated Somers and Partners Pty to assist in partial divestment of gum creek gold assets by way of an initial public offering
    • The indicative structure is to raise $15 million in new equity via a priority entitlement to existing Panoramic shareholders
