I totally disagree.....ASIC has been a weak peice of shit in making a decision either way just to protect and not jeopardise a court proceeding against the ASX. THIS IS A BOYS CLUB AND WE ARENT IN IT.......We are tax payers and ASIC should be here to protect us, the shareholders, tax payers and ordinary citizens that pay these clowns. If ISX has done something wrong, then ASIC should announce it or clear them of any wrong doing. This is bullshit that it has taken ASIC 14 months to investigate and still not a peep.......we need to expose them and I bet an article that shows the incompetance of ASIC to take control will get an outcome quick smart.....I will chip in 2k, a full page ad in Australias leading newspaper in every state.....dont be weak and think that playing by the rules is the way to go....if ASIC did what it was chartered to do we would have had an outcome 9 months ago.

Lets take them head on and really shine the spotlight on them.
