AIM Resources Limited ("AIM Resources" or "the Company")

Issue of Securities & Change in Director's Interest

AIM Resources announces the issue of new ordinary shares as follows.

On 15 November 2006 the Company has issued and allocated 5,006,875 new ordinary
shares, following the exercise of options. The exercise price for 6,875 of these
options is A$0.10 per share. The exercise price for 5,000,000 of these options
is A$0.055 per share.

Mr Reid, a Director exercised 5,000,000 of these options for a total
consideration of A$275,000. Mr Reid has also sold 1,500,000 shares for a total
consideration of A$322,500.

These transactions bring Mr Reid's interested holding in the company to
5,750,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.88% of the issued capital of the
Company.

Following the issue of these new ordinary shares the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company is 652,220,906. Application will be made for these new
ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM, and trading is expected to commence on 21
November 2006.
