News: Patrick boss to leave Asciano

    Asciano Limited (ASX:AIO) has announced Paul Garaty, the head of its troubled Patrick ports division will leave the company early in the new year.



    Chief Executive John Mullen said the Patrick businesses have significantly improved over the past 18 months under Garaty’s direction, but he didn’t give a reason for his departure.



    The company forecasts a 15 to 20 per cent earnings growth over the next three years driven by its coal operations.



    Asciano Limited (ASX:AIO) reported a full year net profit of $145 million to June 30, 2011.
