    July 1 (Reuters) - Payce Consolidated Ltd (PAY) :

    • Pcl has entered into a scheme implementation deed with Bellawest Pty Limited
    • Bellawest proposes to acquire all of the ordinary shares in pcl other than those held by Lanox and Bellawest
    • Deal for cash consideration of $12.60 per pcl share
    • Says independent directors of pcl unanimously recommend that scheme shareholders vote in favour of the scheme
