    • Supreme court of Victoria approves scheme of arrangement (PBG)
    • Supreme court of Victoria has today made orders approving the scheme of

      arrangement

    • Says scheme of arrangement under which hanesbrands inc. (through its

      subsidiary) will acquire all of the shares in Pacific Brands
