how much are costs? less "synergies" ?

you dont think ~$2.50 is spare to pay us holders? $2.50*112m=$280m a year......thats quite a gap to pay expenses, taxes overheads, profit share etc?? ($720m in expenses? - doubt it very much), so plenty of head room avail....! payout ratio at 85%?

pdl paid ~48c. PPt paid ~$2. so why cant the two combined pay $2.50?
