    The poor shareholders ; all PDY's effort and funds are being directed to the leadership and their suspect dealings.
    With the current leadership still in charge PDY is going nowhere fast. If the directors in question had any shame they would hand over the company to new blood, but the tooth fairy doesn't exist.
