Look at the evidence and you have to look a it from a political global view.
I . For your very life and a extreme amount of time ....No mining license granted for no apparent reason.
Rumor is The Chinese have a big influence and didn't want it granted.....WHY.....theory being to retain it's vice like grip on the rare earth production.
2. They now have a foot hold and effectively own 20% of this mine to be.
3. It would make sense on a global scale to own it all if you wanted to retain that world domination of this market. SO where do you think this is heading IF management allow it and thats a big question....management quality.
The government should step in and put a cap on there equity holding limiting it IMHO to 33%.
