Appreciate your comments but for me getting the SML in mid Dec 2021 (through accepting to refine in Tanzania) outweighs the problem of sourcing cheap reagents.
Especially when GoT will do everything they can to help bring those reagents to the country. Additionally, any additional costs would most likely be offset with no shipping costs of ndpr concentrate to UK from Tanzania.
Doesn't make commercial or risk profile sense to me, sorry.
