However, Shenghe's intentions are fairly obvious ~ control of the Ngualla resource
Now with 20% of the shares and creeping 6%pa, it might take five years but eventually it will happen.
In the mean time, how many western financial institutions are going to put up any money for Tee-side ?
You also need to hope that the BOD do not do a Cap raise, as they are excluded from the creep ceiling.
