    on the contrary i think it is. As the price of NdPr goes up the fundamental pressure of this stock increases. This pressure is felt in the market, transferred to the company and its stakeholders (UK/Tanzania/Ex-China consumers). The pressure will keep mounting and only technical do-ability can stop it (i.e. it cant be done)

    Administrative red-tape and discounts are short-term and almost always negligible in the face of increasing demand.

    So i keep purchasing as the fundamentals stay strong (and sell if the fundamentals go weak). With a 5 year investment horizon, 3 months of administrative discounts is actually the best opportunities i could have. I much rather that, than accumulating in a over-priced market.

    In saying that, I am done accumulating ! So i get your point and we will know in the next three days how close we really are.
