In saying that, I am done accumulating ! So i get your point and we will know in the next three days how close we really are.

Fingers crossed there is a signing ceremony this week. The timeline has stated Framework Agreement by end Feb and the president has pressured to get it done

Either way it must be around the corner. If not this week then very soon afterwards
