This is interesting, details would be good. Is it a done deal already for example and does it come with board seats?
Additionally that would seem to me that the SP should be at least the price it just got exchanged at. You would expect bigger players to step in and snap up anything under 99c especially given the npdr oxide prices have continued their run. Time to sell some other holdings and load a bit more here on Monday if it doesn't gap up too far. Some wild times ahead in any case, this should hit some political ears.
