90c will look to be the mark but it should really be much higher. I'm eager to hear from the management team but I suspect, having watched the way China negotiates over the last decade, that Appian could either take a breakeven price or lose (via decay) their whole stake while China restrict the SML approval. Their President is a globalist and this really shouldn't surprise anyone.
So will they increase their stake or designed it so PEK looks unattractive to western contracters who'd prefer the Chinese not be involved? I.e. government/military spending.
