Clearly Wayne got it wrong that the 300Klbs would help for the U.S. stockpile,... I never believe it in the first place it was just pumping and Wayne looks bad for it now,.. its was clear to me it was to fulfill contracts into 2023...
Just like Wayne comments contracts in 6 months,.. going to look bad again...
