ura-bull, it was a big mistake by the Utilities to sign contracts with PEN in the first place, 7 years on and PEN still haven't proven its mine, and that got nothing to do with the Uranium price, and yet be a few more years before we know if Lance is a viable mine,... its is not a downramp its a fact,... unlike your constant ramping that you and bulls have been wrong on so many counts... Do you still think a quick start up can be economical on MU1,... i can tell you now you are wrong.
