Ok, production pushed back to the end of 2024, seems bad for PEN...

    Ok, production pushed back to the end of 2024, seems bad for PEN but also bad for utilities, more upward pressure on price, possibly, particularly on the back of Niger uncertainty. When PEN do get into production U prices maybe a lot higher, PEN production maybe more then previously planned, and PEN will have independence by being self sufficient. They were always going to build the plant but it has now been brought forward. They have incurred holding costs for another 18 months that are not supported by a revenue stream.
    Just a different view, always like to look at situations from another perspective.
