To my mind, the pertinent word used again today in the interview was 'targeting'... Many moons ago, we were also 'targeting' the end of 2012 for production. History has told us to not hold great stock in this term.
On the information currently in the public domain, the fact it is already now Mid-June and having read past posts on this issue of recent times by people such as Hangseng and Vintage, 'targeting' production for the end of 2014 and 'actually' producing by this time....... well, do we really think it's 'likely' or even possible?
