I think its quite interesting that he has done a BRR interview. Why do it if there is nothing in the wings? However, he looked a tad uncomfortable for whatever reason.
Reichman is quite right about the use of the word 'targeting'. It has been going on since the March 2012 production 'target'. The 'targets' are never changed - they always just morph into a later one. Based on the May meeting with NRC, where they said they had only done 'minor' construction and did not have a schedule, there is no chance of actual production in 2014. That doesn't preclude 'targeting' it though. Near-term 'targeting' has proved a useful marketing and investor management tool no doubt. It's all about 'keeping them interested'.
