    July 20 (Reuters) - Pepper Group Ltd (PEP) :

    • Signs share and purchase agreement to acquire 100pct Portuguese consumer finance bank, Banco Primus S.A Lisbon for A$95 million
    • Transaction will be funded by a mixture of senior debt and equity
    • Management expects the transaction to be EPS accretive in the first full year of ownership
