Petratherm (ASX:PTR) has been granted an ASX trading halt pending an acquisition.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Monday, 11th May 2015.
In its March 2015 quarterly report, the company flagged that it was continuing to explore ways of containing costs whilst reviewing new projects.
