    April 24 (Reuters) - Premiere Eastern Energy Ltd (PEZ) :

    • Received a letter of termination and demand from bondholders of unconvertible debt owed by company
    • Bbondholders terminate agreement dated 29 august 2014 between bondholders and company
    • Bondholders demand company pay outstanding amount by 28 april 2017
    • Bondholders declare that, as at 15 february 2017, S$ 9.9 million was due and payable by company
