- Patties has entered into a scheme implementation deed with Australasian Foods Bidco Pty
- Deal for $1.65 per share cash offer
- Patties directors unanimously recommend shareholders vote in favour of the scheme
- Under deed, proposed that bidco will acquire 100% of the share capital of Patties
- Says each director of Patties intends to vote all the Patties shares held or controlled by them in favour of the scheme
