This looks a done deal. There appears to be no other bidders to create an auction. The Rijs family have agreed. No mention of Myer Family Co which holds 9.99%. Myer would have been consulted and agreed as this holding could have been engineered to become a blocking stake.
Little for shareholders to do except collect the special dividend and settlement in September. Pity - I liked the business.
