Think of the 25c dividend as the amount that the company distributes out after paying 30% company tax. Hence it is 70% value of the Net Profit Before Tax.
What we need to calculate is the 30% tax that they have paid attributable to this:
25 / 0.7 *0.3 = 10.7c
