PFL announces the offer (non-binding, conditional, incomplete) is around $1.65 a share. Pacific Equity Partners are dreaming if they think we will let them have the business for this bargain price. The Rijs family and Myer interests would be nuts to accept, so won't.
The benefit to holders is this corporate activity brings PFL to public attention, and I thank PEP for the boost to the price.
