I used to own and the decision to purchase WB was a great one. What transpired was surprising as the shareholder in WB bought more PGC shares. As I recall MS was the CEO and left and then the problems arose with the staff and ex shareholder setting up in opposition...

How you can have a confidential agreement in such circumstances beats me. Surely shareholders are entitled to know the outcome as it's material to the profitability. I am not a fan of the Chair but it does have MS back as a director even though it's as a non-executive.
