    If you look at the history of PGH shares, there was a rights issue in December 2017 at $5.28 per share. At that time, the chair took over some $68 million worth of shares. He must have thought that PGH was seriously undervalued. He could have diverted his investment to elsewhere. Why did he choose to invest in PGH?
