Even though the fundamental of PGH is good, TA (technical analysis) tells us that PGH share price could go lower. It keeps on creating lower low. In short, this share is on a downtrend. If you expect SP to go up in the immediate future, it may disappoint you. We buy low and sell high. We have to wait for it to change trend. I remember a couple of years ago - WorleyParsons was in a downtrend, it fell to around $3/share, and for the last two years, it kept creating higher high. It is well over $10 /share today. I think PGH could be in this category.
