You read my mind;if there is a take-over bid and that is just my thought the usual blurb comes out by the acquirer ie "the offer price is x% above the price for past y days and the offer price is fair and reasonable" but we all know that is an "artificial" price. Makes you want to go out and buy bricks and mortar,or an Index Fund!!!
