On the 27th June Pact relesed a debt refinancing statement which also included an earnings forcast. "The Group expects EBITDA (before significantitems) to be within earnings guidance of $230 million to $245 million, albeit at the low end". The share price jumped approx. +20% on that day.
Forward to today, on the 14th August and Pact released their final year results. EBITDA down 3% to $231 million, which was predicted. The share price droped -20%.
The beauty of Mr Market.
