Agree entirely with all of your comments. In some earlier posts on PGH I did mention the price spiral looked suspicious with the ultimate intention of a possible buyout and I think this still holds true today.My only problem is a take over even at 25% higher than current still leaves me out of the money. No I am not buying more(average down) at any price.
Another valuable lesson learnt from this disaster.
