I don’t think this is a takeover or sale. They’re taking the company private and are offering shareholders who want out $0.45. The deal is conditioned on over 74% of SH remaining. The top 20 owns 88%. This stock was never really public… The same management will continue, without the oversight of a listed company has to comply with. At this valuation I’m likely to stay in. Could be some trading opportunities in the next few months. I think there is a low probability of an external higher bid.
