I would question the independence of the external advisers and whether the directors are acting in the best interests
of the shareholders. Looking back 5 years the shares were sold in the IPO for $3.78. A price as figured out by the directors.
And now they are saying they are worth $0.45 since they are buying them back. C'mon....
